Ravi S. Juneja, CA, CFE

Mr. Juneja graduated as a Chartered Accountant in 1971 in Ontario. He practiced public accounting with an international accounting firm. In May 1980 he joined a major American Bank to form their controls and compliance group for their international leasing subsidiary based in New York. In 1982 he became Vice President and controller of the subsidiary. In 1985 he joined a worldwide consulting firm as Chief Financial Officer for the Pacific Rim, in Melbourne, Australia. He returned to New York in 1987 to assume the position of Director of Audit and Controls for the aforementioned company.
He has been extensively involved in forensic and fraud investigations since 1980 on an international scale. He returned to Canada in 1993 due to his love of Toronto. He started his own practice in Markham geared to “net worth creation” for individuals, particularly for professionals in the health, legal and other fields.
Ravi is a firm believer in giving back to the community and country in which he and his family reside. He was the youngest founding member, 25 years ago; of EIPROC (East Indian Professionals Resident of Canada) a community based organization helping Canadians of South Asian origin. He served in various positions on the board of directors including President of the organization for 1999/2000. He was also instrumental in forming EIPROC Foundation, which is the charitable arm of EIPROC and, among other projects, adopts inner city schools.
He has served on the Board of Directors of Canadian Scene (an organization helping ethnic media) and as President of the South Asian Community Council of The Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
He has also helped a number of other charities including AWIC and Elizabeth Heyworth Centre for Women to increase their fundraising activities and presence on the web.
Ravi is a co-founder of “The Ripple Effect Wellness Organization”. The Ripple Effect Wellness Organization (TREWO) is a registered Canadian charity dedicated to educating and empowering Canadians to lead healthy lives through proactive decision making. Founded by Dr. Sudi Devanesen, his friend and recipient of the Order of Canada , TREWO bridges the care gap between physicians and patients through open dialogue. Celebrating Canada’s cultural diversity, TREWO provides customized care at the community level. It offers educational health and wellness programs to communities at risk for certain diseases.
